Emilee the Artist.
Emilee Arter is an artist and fine arts instructor. She earned her BFA in Painting from Kendall College of Art and Design in 2009, and her MFA from Wayne State University in 2014. While pursuing her MFA, she worked as an art therapist at North Central Health Center in Detroit, as well as a gallery attendant at Wayne State University’s Elaine Jacob Gallery and Art Department Gallery. Emilee has also worked as an artist studio assistant for painter, Mel Rosas. Currently, she is teaching visual arts at Cook’s Art Center, Artists Creating Together (A.C.T.), and is also teaches art lessons privately.
